- Hep, perdone, pero no puede hacer fotos en la piscina.
- ¿Ah no? Vaya. Pues no lo sabía.
- Está prohibido pero vamos, prohibidísimo. Ya lo sé, que se la hacía a sus niños, ya lo dice la gente, pero es que, bueno, imagínese lo que sería.
- Pues si no lo pone en ningún sitio...
- Huy, pero ya se lo digo yo, es que no se puede.
- No, ya, ahora que me lo dice ya lo sé, pero es que me he leído con mucha atención el reglamento que tienen puesto y no dice eso ni nada parecido en ningún sitio.
- Claro que lo dice, lo dice el reglamento, es una normativa municipal.
- Bueno, será, pero si es una norma que existe deberían ponerla con las demás en el cartel con el reglamento que ponen para eso. Es que si no yo no tengo manera de saber si lo que hago está prohibido o no, entiéndame.
- Ya, es que si no lo pone tendría que ponerlo...
- Claro, tendría que ponerlo. También lo de que los niños no pueden llevar manguitos, que tampoco lo pone. Bueno, en cualquier caso ahora ya lo sé. Pues gracias y disculpe.

En la radio oigo, por cierto, que si a alguien le hacen una foto en una playa nudista es un atentado a la intimidad. ¿Será lo mismo en una playa sin más? ¿Se pueden hacer fotos en las playas? ¿Y en la calle? ¿Y si sale una chica con minifalda en el trasfondo? ¿O alguien feo? ¿Podrá llevarse una grabadora a la piscina? (¿De sonido, digo?). ¿O un teléfono móvil? ¿Y si tiene cámara? ¿Habrá otras normas que desconozcamos y estemos infringiendo? ¿Está prohibido correr por la calle? En Madrid sí. ¿Es ilegal lo que estoy haciendo ahora? No lo sé... Tengo la ventana abierta...

Y si es una foto voluntaria ¿también es un atentado a su intimidad? ¿Está prohibido hacer fotos que molesten, o está prohibido hacer fotos - punto? ¿Está prohibido fotografiar a alguien vestido y en la calle si no quiere? No lo sé...

Si creo que una foto a alguien en una playa nudista sea un atentado a su intimidad puesto que está desnuda y en un lugar justamente adonde puede estarlo, además de su casa, claro. Imaginemos que no está prohibido: ¿cuántas personas no utilizarían esto para hacer mil maldades?
