Yes. The bibliography is continuously updated, and as of late 2025 it has reached its 30th edition (2025) — García Landa's ResearchGate preprints from September and December 2025 explicitly reference "30th ed., 2025." New entries are added at a rate of several thousand per year, so post-2024 publications are included, though coverage of the very latest scholarship may lag somewhat given that it is maintained by a single person (retired since 2022).
