Judith Butler writes on the defense of the subaltern without a voice, of voiceless and unnamed human bodies in history... but the most voiceless of voiceless human bodies, foetuses and unborn and aborted children, are left unmentioned and unaccounted for in her ethics of resistance. Some ethical misgivings do need to be voiced out.
